Basement/Recreational/Living Space

Unused basement space can be reconditioned for family use, for example, as additional bedrooms, master suites, bathrooms, or recreational/family rooms.

BATHROOM/POWDER ROOM

Bathrooms can be remodeled, expanded, or incorporated into master suites, and also include the newest innovations in colors and styles.

Finishes can include, but are not limited to:

·         Custom cabinetry in all dimensions, designs, colors, styles (Traditional, European, or Contemporary) and all types of woods (oak, birch, cherry, hickory, maple, etc.), durable, and washable 

·         Vanity tops in custom or stock materials such as marble, granite, Formica, or Corian, and the use of either composite countertop material or ceramic for backsplashes. 

·         Vanity sinks or pedestal sinks of all material, shapes and colors.

·         Faucets and fixtures in both American and European manufacture in single or double handle.

·         Bathtubs, soaking tubs, or whirlpool tubs in a variety of shapes and materials and surrounding wall coverings.

·         Showers in various dimensions and materials, with standard or custom fixtures including custom waterfall faucets or full body jets (Kohler, Eljer, American Standard, Moen, Delta, and Price Phister).

·         Steam shower or Sauna units of any desired color installed.

·         Toilets and Bidets in various colors and styles.

·         Flooring in Italian clay tile, ceramic, hardwood or no wax vinyl flooring.  

·         Lighting – designer or stock.  

CLOSETS

Existing closets can be expanded or installed as an addition to a room, either as a walk-in or those with bi-fold or sliding door access.

Finishes can include, but are not limited to:

·         Doors that are custom or standard stock in various wood or mirrored finishes.

·         Wall coverings that are dry walled, papered, or cedar-lined.

·         Custom closet organizer system or standard rods.

·          Built-in dressers.

FIREPLACES

The addition or refurbishment of a fireplace, either wood burning, vent less, or gas logs, can easily be included into any room of the house.  Custom interior faces and mantels, as well as double-sided openings are all considerations when planning for a fireplace.

HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)

The replacement or upgrade of existing HVAC systems that are energy-efficient from a wide variety of manufacturers.

KITCHEN

Kitchens can be designed to the discriminating chef’s taste and center of activity in the household.  

Finishes can include, but are not limited to:

·         Custom cabinetry in all dimensions, designs, colors, styles (Traditional, European, or Contemporary) and all types of woods (oak, birch, cherry, hickory, maple, etc.), durable, washable and in some cases fireproof finishes.

·         Countertops in custom Formica, marble, granite, or Corian, and the use of either composite countertop material or ceramic for backsplashes. 

·         Sinks of all material and shapes — materials in porcelain, cast iron, or stainless steel, and styles in double, single or special basin configurations (Kohler, Eljer, American Standard, Moen, and Delta).  

·         Faucets and fixtures in both American and European manufacture.

·         Flooring in Italian clay tile, ceramic, hardwood or no wax vinyl flooring.  

·         Lighting – designer or stock.  

·         Appliances in universal or commercial grade built in appliances available (Subzero, Kitchen Aid, May Tag, Bosc, Fridgidare, Amana and many of European manufacture).
