ADDITIONS

Additions in one to three stories that can have maintenance free exteriors can extend the living space of your home.  Custom or stock designs can be utilized to accommodate the Owner’s individual needs.  Additions to your home can be used to add extra bedrooms (or master suite), baths, study/dens, recreational, or even sunrooms. 

BALCONIES

The replacement, addition, or expansion of existing balconies that can be open or enclosed.  Materials can be of pressure treated lumber, concrete or composite materials.   

CANOPIES

The replacement or addition of canopies in aluminum or canvas for window, door, or deck/patio areas.

DECKS

The replacement, addition, or expansion of decks designed to the Client’s needs with the use of pressure treated or cedar lumber.  All pressure treated lumber carries a manufacturer’s lifetime guarantee.

DOORS/STORM DOORS

The addition/replacement of exterior doors can reduce your heating/air conditioning costs drastically.  It also gives you additional security.

DRIVES & WALKWAYS

Drives and walkways can be replaced, expanded, or installed new, and can be constructed of either concrete, pavers, or brick.

FOUNDATIONS

Perform repairs from foundation cracks or settlement, and sealant applications. 

GARAGES

The replacement, expansion, or addition of a garage that is double wall constructed and can have a maintenance-free exterior, in a variety of styles and widths, to accommodate the Client’s needs. 

MASONRY

Perform tuck pointing, brick repair, or replacement.

PATIOS

The replacement, addition, expansion or repair of an existing patio, designed to the Client’s needs with the use of concrete, masonry materials, in a choice of colors and styles. 

PORCHES

The replacement, addition, or expansion of existing porches in one to three story heights that can be open or enclosed.  Materials can be of pressure treated lumber or concrete (in the case of a one-story porch). 

ROOFING

Replacement roofing  in shingle, shake, or torch-down rubber.  In the case of shingle, all previous roofing materials would need to be removed down to the deck if there are more than two layers of roofing already exist.

SHED/UTILITY BUILDINGS

The addition of a shed/utility building on the Client’s property for additional storage purposes designed to the Client’s specifications in either wood, aluminum, or composite materials, set upon a concrete slab or on railroad ties.

SIDING

Insulated Virgin Vinyl siding in all size, such as double four, double five or triple three.  In addition to it comes in a variance of grains, shadows, and colors.  You also have a choice of cedar or pine.

ALUMINUM SOFFIT/FASCIA/GUTTERS

Available in colors with a life-time finish manufacturer’s warranty.  Gutters available in seamless aluminum and a spectrum of colors.

WINDOWS

Replacement or the addition of windows with capping, with a manufacturer’s lifetime guarantee.  Styles can include sash or casement in wood, aluminum, vinyl, or composite materials.  They can also be of either a flat, bow, or bay style.
